1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

A. Authentication Data (Google Auth)

Our App allows you to log in securely using Google Authentication. When you log in with Google, we collect limited personal information associated with your Google profile to establish your unique user account:

• Your Name
• Your Email Address
• Your Profile Picture / Unique User Identifier (ID)

Purpose: This data is strictly used for account creation, secure user authentication, and app functionality to recognize you across sessions.

B. Location Data (Precise and Approximate)

To provide core app functionality—specifically helping you discover rooms available around you—the App requests access to your device's location services.

• If you grant location permission: The App collects your device's physical location data (GPS) to plot and display available rooms near you in real-time.
• If you deny location permission: You can completely refuse to share your device's location. If denied, the App will gracefully switch to a default, pre-configured fallback location. You can then fully interact with, scroll, and search other geographical locations using our interactive map interface manually.

Purpose: To deliver location-based room searching and map functionality. Your background location is not tracked; location data is only accessed while the App is actively open on your screen.

C. User-Generated Content (Room Posts)

When you create and submit a "Room Post" within the application, we collect the details you provide (such as titles, descriptions, pricing, pictures, or manually pinned locations).

Public Visibility Notice: Please note that any Room Posts you publish are inherently **public** within the platform and are viewable by all other users of the App. Do not include sensitive personal details inside public posts that you wish to keep private.

2. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with third parties in the following strict instances:

• Google Identity Services: Used securely to handle user authentication endpoints.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by applicable laws, government requests, or to protect the safety and rights of our users.

3. Data Security

We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security configurations to protect your data. All communication between the app and our database servers is encrypted in transit using secure Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) protocols.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion Policy

In strict compliance with Google Play Store guidelines regarding user control over cloud data, you have the right to request the permanent removal of your account and all associated information at any time.

When you request account deletion through our portal, your request is logged immediately. **To ensure complete clearance from active servers, logs, and secure database backups, all your data (including your profile, authentication IDs, and authored Room Posts) will be permanently deleted within 90 days of your submission.** During this processing period, your public posts will be disabled and hidden from other users.
